1. Introduction

Welcome to WoodenWeld (Pty) Ltd.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit any personal information.

2. Services

WoodenWeld (Pty) Ltd provides custom furniture, steelwork, and carpentry services.
All products are made to order based on client specifications and approved designs.
We reserve the right to refuse any project that does not align with our standards or capabilities.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

  • Prices are based on the information provided at the time of the quote.

  • Any design changes, material upgrades, or scope adjustments may result in a revised quotation.

  • Quotes are usually processed within 2–3 business days after receiving the necessary details or drawings.

4. Orders and Payments

  • A deposit (as agreed in writing) is required before production begins.

  • Work will only start once proof of payment is received.

  • The balance is due upon completion or as otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All payments must be made via EFT to the banking details supplied on the official invoice.

5. Production and Delivery

  • Production lead times vary depending on project size and materials.

  • Clients will be informed of estimated timelines before work begins.

  • WoodenWeld is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delivery and installation services can be arranged upon request and are subject to additional costs.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment unless materials have already been ordered or work has started.

  • Because all furniture is custom-made, refunds are not available once production has begun.

  • In the event of a defect or issue with workmanship, WoodenWeld will repair or replace the affected item in line with our quality guarantee.

7. Warranty and Quality Guarantee

Every piece we build is made with precision and pride.
If a product does not meet our standard, we will fix it — no excuses.
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a reasonable period after delivery but excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect

  • Modifications or repairs not done by WoodenWeld

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, and content on this website are the property of WoodenWeld (Pty) Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy.
All personal data collected through this website or during transactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver quality products and services, WoodenWeld (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Damage caused by third-party contractors or suppliers

  • Misuse or alteration of our products after delivery
